Data Collection
All official data is sourced exclusively from official government websites — state legislature portals, governor’s office pages, and official .gov domains. No third-party aggregators are used.
Verification Standard
An entry earns source-confirmed status when:
- The official’s name, title, district, and contact information match at least one official government source URL
- The source URL resolves and is archived
An entry has pending-verification status when it has been auto-populated from government rosters but not yet manually verified against a live source URL.
Update Frequency
State pages are reviewed on a rolling basis. The Last updated date on each state page reflects the most recent manual verification pass.
Source Archival
All source URLs are tested for liveness at publication. Dead links are replaced with archive.org captures where available.
